National Beef® is positioned in the heart of the Midwest cattle country. We source our hides from a select group of American ranchers, most within a 300-mile radius of our plants, in order to reduce the amount of stress on the animal and natural resources used to move them.

Our advanced tanning process and commitment to the environment contributes to the amount of water leaving our facility and the amount of energy we use. Our unique and innovative system for Wet Blue processing guarantees a consistent, high-quality end product.
